Dear customers who are living within Lagos state, you have 3 working days to return or exchange and order/item. While for customers residing outside of Lagos state have 7 working days to return or exchange an order/item. After the expiration of the days granted for refunds or exchange, return process would be terminated.
Please bear in mind that the cost of refund or exchange is solely the responsibility of the customer for the delivery charges. We can only bear if when the order reaches you and it was damaged, and in such case refunds and exchange and cargo expense would be our responsibility.
Please kindly confirm the size, pattern, colour of any item/order before placing orders. This is to avoid unnecessary troubles of exchange or refunds.
Items like necklaces, accessories cannot be returned or exchange.

If you decided to return any item/product, ensure that it is in perfect condition ( no deodorant, perfume or make-up stains/all other stains). And the not washed, worn.
Item which are returned to us, if it is not in a sell-able condition will not be accepted and will be return back to you.
